Lesson Outline:
- Career Mapping Workshop
- Introduce the concept of career mapping and its benefits.

- Skills and Education Workshop
- Discuss the importance of specific skills and educational paths for various careers in music.
- Provide resources on major music education institutions and courses available.

- Guide students to identify specific skills they need to develop and educational goals.

- Group Sharing
- Facilitate a session where students share their career maps and receive feedback from peers and the teacher.
