The NFHS advocates for all performing arts activities that students have the privilege of participating in throughout their educational experience. Students in music, speech, debate, and theatre learn to manage their time, think creatively, and solve problems, all while working together with others. The discipline, hard work, and persistence that it takes to be a part of any performing arts activity teaches lessons that students will carry for the rest of their lives.
