Entry-Level

Role: HR Assistant or Coordinator

Responsibilities: Assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, providing administrative support to HR managers, learning about HR policies and procedures.

Role: HR Generalist or Specialist

Responsibilities: Managing recruitment efforts, handling employee relations issues, conducting performance evaluations, facilitating training programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Role: HR Manager or Director

Responsibilities: Overseeing HR operations, developing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, leading a team of HR professionals, advising senior management on HR matters, implementing employee engagement initiatives.


Recruitment and Selection: Proficiency in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates’ qualifications and fit for positions

Employee Relations: Ability to address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment

Training and Development: Experience in designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and performance

Compliance: Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, FMLA, and OSHA, and ability to ensure organizational compliance

Bachelor’s Degree: Many employers require a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

High: $60,000 – $70,000+ per year
